About jini
jini (jinistocks.site) is a free stock valuation tool that finds undervalued stocks and tracks whether its own verdicts actually turned out to be right.
What it does
- Screener: Regularly scans major US and Korean stocks to surface undervalued candidates.
- Stock analysis: Computes a fair value estimate from financial data and shows an undervalued / fair / overvalued verdict with its reasoning.
- Verdict tracking: Every verdict is recorded with that day's price and market index, and its subsequent performance is publicly verified against the market (S&P 500). Correct calls and wrong calls both stay on the record.
How it operates
- Free to use, no sign-up. Revenue comes from ads only.
- The AI analysis feature runs on your own API key (stored only in your browser). The server never stores your key.
- Run by a single operator. The calculation rules and verdict criteria are documented in the User Guide.
Data sources
- Price and financial data: Yahoo Finance (may be delayed or inaccurate)
- Data is served through caches; refresh intervals range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the data type.
